Integration

API configuration

This section shows the credentials you submitted during registration and the current integration status.

Updating your credentials

To update the Base URL or rotate your Auth key:
  1. Deploy the new endpoint or credential to your server first
  2. Update the field in the dashboard
  3. Click Save integration
Seyaha immediately probes GET /products?limit=1 using the new values to verify connectivity. The integration is only saved if the probe returns a 2xx response.
Changes take effect immediately. Any sync or booking request in flight at the moment you save will use the old credentials. If you must rotate during active traffic, accept both the old and new key on your server briefly during the transition.

Webhook secret

Your webhook secret authenticates inbound sync trigger calls from your system to Seyaha. It was shown once when your integration was first created. If you have lost your webhook secret:
  1. Click Regenerate secret
  2. Read the warning — the old secret is invalidated immediately
  3. Confirm the action
  4. Copy the new secret and store it securely before closing the modal
The webhook secret is stored hashed by Seyaha and cannot be retrieved after initial display. Always copy it immediately when generated.

Sync schedule

The Sync panel shows:
  • Next scheduled sync — when the next nightly sync will run
  • Last sync — outcome and timestamp of the most recent sync
  • Sync frequency — contact [email protected] to change the default nightly schedule
To trigger an immediate sync, use Sync now on the Products page or call the trigger endpoint from your system — see Sync & Webhooks.

Team

Add colleagues who need access to the partner portal.

Inviting a team member

  1. Click Invite member
  2. Enter their email address
  3. Select a role:
    • Admin — full access including settings and credentials
    • Manager — can view and manage bookings and products, cannot change integration settings
    • Viewer — read-only access to all sections
  4. Click Send invitation
The invitee receives an email with a link to set their password and join your organization. Invitations expire after 72 hours. Resend from the Pending tab if needed.

Notifications

To send notifications to a different email than your primary contact, click Add notification email and enter the address. Notification emails cannot log in to the portal — they only receive emails.
