The Analytics page gives you a view of how your activities perform on Seyaha. Data is updated every hour.

Date range selector

All charts and tables on the Analytics page respond to the date range picker in the top-right. Available presets:
  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days
  • Last 3 months
  • Last 12 months
  • Custom range (pick any start and end date)

Summary cards

Four cards at the top of the page show headline metrics for the selected period:

Revenue chart

The bar chart shows daily confirmed booking revenue over the selected period.
  • Hover over any bar to see the exact amount and booking count for that day
  • Use the Currency selector above the chart to switch between SAR and other currencies
  • Toggle the chart to Line view using the icon in the chart header for trend analysis

Booking sources

A doughnut chart breaks down bookings by channel:
  • Marketplace — direct bookings from seyaha.net
  • Reseller — bookings via connected reseller platforms
  • Affiliate — bookings referred by affiliate partners
Hover over each segment to see the count and percentage.

Activity performance table

The By activity table ranks all your products: Click any row to drill into that activity’s data — you can see a per-variation breakdown and a slot-level utilization calendar.

Availability utilization

The Utilization section below the activity table shows:
  • Total slots synced — slots Seyaha pulled from your POST /availability endpoint in the period
  • Slots with at least one booking — unique slots that received a confirmed booking
  • Overall utilization rate — booked slots ÷ total slots
A weekly heatmap shows utilization by day of week and hour of day, helping you identify patterns in demand. Slots with zero bookings in high-demand windows may indicate a pricing or visibility opportunity.

Exporting reports

Click Export CSV in the top-right to download the current view as a spreadsheet. The export includes:
  • Booking ID, activity, variation, date, time
  • Guest counts by type
  • Booking value and currency
  • Source channel
  • Booking and confirmation timestamps
